U.S. Shipping

• Orders are processed in 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

• USPS Ground may take an additional 2–3 business days.

• Shipping charges are applied at checkout.

• Free shipping eligibility is calculated before tax and after discounts.

• Gift certificates do not count toward free shipping.

As a California company, The Brave Ones collects state and county sales tax for orders shipped within California. Orders shipped to Burbank, CA are also subject to an additional county tax.

International Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 14–21 business days (varies based on customs).

• Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees charged by the destination country.

• The Brave Ones is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

• Customs may open and inspect packages.

• For gifts, the item’s value must be listed on the package per customs law.

Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

• Orders outside the U.S. may not always be trackable.

Returns & Undeliverable Orders

• All returns are processed and refunded once received.

• If an order is returned as “undeliverable” due to refusal of delivery or an incorrect address, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What counts as an incorrect address?
Missing suite, apartment, or building numbers; wrong street, city, or state names; or any other incomplete/incorrect details that prevent delivery.
