Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges, Price Adjustments

These policies apply only to merchandise purchased on this website. We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or price adjustments for items bought in retail stores or other websites.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled by 3 PM PST on the day of purchase for a full void of the transaction.

• Cancellations after this window will be refunded back to your card. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank’s policies.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your card will be credited (excluding shipping charges).

• Exchanges are processed once the returned items are received.

• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to show on your account.

Undeliverable Orders

If a courier returns your order as “undeliverable” (due to refusal of delivery or an incorrect address), please contact us for resolution.

What counts as an incorrect address?
Missing suite, apartment, or building numbers; wrong street, city, or state; or other incomplete/incorrect information that prevents delivery.

Final Sale Items

• All sale section items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Sale promotions may not be combined with other vouchers or codes.

• Please allow up to 5 business days for sale items to ship.

• Prices apply only to select styles and colors, while supplies last.
